Presenting valid identification such as an ID card, birth certificate, national ID, or passport is mandatory for all guests.
Women can only be checked in by presenting their national ID and photo ID.
Official temporary marriage certificates must be in booklet form with an embossed seal, along with the national ID and photo ID of both parties.

Accommodation is free for children up to 2 years old.
Accommodation for children aged 2 to 7 is half price.

If the reservation is canceled up to 24 hours before the guests' arrival, 100% of the first night's stay will be charged.
If the reservation is canceled up to 5 days before the guests' arrival, 50% of the first night's stay will be charged.
