Rules for Room Booking and Lodging at Isfahan Luxurious Chaharbagh Hotel

  1. Room check-out is at 12:00 noon.

  2. Check-out after 12:00 to 19:00 includes 50% of one night room rate.

  3. Room check-in is at 14:00.

  4. Check-in from 07:00 to 14:00 includes 50% of one night room rate.

  5. The swimming pool is open from 10:00 to 13:00 for ladies and 17:00 to 23:00 for gentlemen.

  6. Presenting a valid ID card, birth certificate and passport is mandatory for all respected guests.

  7. Isfahan Luxurious Chaharbagh Hotel restaurants are open from 07:00 to 10:00 for breakfast, 12:30 to 15:30 for lunch and 19:30 to 22:30 for dinner.

  8. Check-in for solo female travellers is possible only by presenting valid National ID card and photo ID.

  9. Check-in for solo female travellers is possible only by presenting valid National ID card and photo ID.

  10. It is possible to accept the official marriage certificate in the form of a notebook with a prominent seal along with the presentation of National ID cards and photo IDs of the couple.

Rules of Isfahan Luxurious Chaharbagh Hotel Regarding Minors

  1. Children up to 2 years old may stay free when sharing a room with up to 2 adults, where maximum room occupancy allows.

  2. Children between 2-7 years old may stay by paying 50% of one night room rate.

Booking Cancellation Policy of Isfahan Luxurious Chaharbagh Hotel

  1. In case of booking cancellation up to 24 hours before the arrival of the guests, 100% of one night room rate will be charged.

  2. If the reservation is canceled up to 5 days before the arrival of the guests, 50% of one night room rate will be charged.
